Refund and Returns Policy

At Gold Power Gym, we take pride in delivering 100% original supplements and top-quality fitness products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help—within clear and fair guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used supplement containers
  • Perishable items (e.g., food)
  • Health or hygiene-related products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns made after 30 days

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
  3. Contact your bank if needed.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at: Support@goldpowergym.com

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.
